1. The deal
CrossWire (we) operates the cross-listing platform at this domain. You (the seller) get to push one listing to multiple marketplaces at once, manage your inventory, and use our AI tools. In exchange, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ and provide a real email. You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you suspect your account is compromised — we'll lock it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate marketplace terms, or are reported for fraud.
3. Pricing & billing
- Free tier is free forever within its quotas.
- Pro tier ($4.99/month USD) recurs automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from Billing. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 14 days notice via email + an in-app banner.
4. Marketplaces & third parties
You connect your eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop and other marketplace accounts via their official OAuth flows. CrossWire never sees your marketplace passwords. You remain bound by each marketplace's own terms. We're not responsible for actions those marketplaces take (delistings, suspensions, fee changes).
5. Your content
You own your listings, photos and descriptions. By using CrossWire you grant us a limited license to store, transmit and display that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. push it to the marketplaces you've selected). We won't sell or repurpose it.
6. AI tools
Our AI writing assistant (powered by Claude) generates titles, descriptions and tags from photos and prompts you provide. AI output is best-effort and may contain inaccuracies — review it before publishing. You're responsible for what you publish.
7. Acceptable use
- No counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, hateful or sexually explicit listings.
- No automation that violates a marketplace's own anti-bot rules.
- No reselling CrossWire as a white-label product without a written agreement.
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee a specific SLA on the Free tier. Pro customers get priority support. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time via the in-app banner.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or what you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect/consequential damages (e.g. lost sales). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in that case the limit is "the maximum the law allows".
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Deletion is soft for 30 days (so you can recover), then permanent. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms with notice (unless the breach is severe — in which case immediate termination).
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email + in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
